Google/DeepMind Childcare Grants
Are you interested in requesting a stipend to help cover any child care costs associated with attending NeurIPS 2018?
This year, Google and DeepMind are generously supporting all families attending NeurIPS by offering a stipend of up to $100 USD per day (receipts required) to those attending the conference. You are welcome to use on-site child care provided by Kiddie Corp or an outside provider of choice (including a provider you bring from home). If you choose an outside provider please swing by the Google or DeepMind booth in order to confirm your attendance and receive your reimbursement.
In order to request child care stipend, you must fill out the NeurIPS 2018 Child Care Request Form by 2 November 2018.
We look forward to seeing you at NeurIPS 2018!

Childcare Options
There are several childcare options available to those attending NeurIPS, in addition to bringing your own care provider to the conference.
*NeurIPS does not assume responsibility or liability for child care services of any sort. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) or guardian(s) to thoroughly investigate all child care providers.
- Onsite childcare will be provided by KiddieCorp. The cost to attendees who utilize KiddieCorp services is $10 an hour; please apply for a Google/DeepMind childcare grant to cover this cost (see above). Further information about onsite childcare through KiddieCorp will be available on the NeurIPS website under childcare.
- Childcare may be obtained from an outside provider*. Based on information from hotels in the area, you may consider Les Services des Génie, or La Place 0-5 for outside childcare. If anyone believes that there is additional information we should collect, or if you have recommendations for services or activities, please email us at [email protected] or message us on Twitter @InclusionInML.
